First Visit
When you arrive please bring your driver’s license, insurance card (if applicable) and any diagnostic test results (MRI, CAT scan, previous X-Rays) that may help better assess your condition. We will verify your insurance benefits for your convenience. So we can better address your health concerns an entrance, you will be given an intake form to complete or click on our “Patient Forms” tab to print and fill out before your appointed time.
Our doctors perform a comprehensive consultation, evaluation, orthopedic and neurological testing upon your first chiropractic evaluation to guarantee optimal care. If necessary X-rays or an Infrared Thermoscan may be taken. A brief educational video is presented to explain what the benefits and goals of chiropractic care. Doctors will review the information obtained and determine if any modalities such as heat or traction are needed prior to delivering your chiropractic adjustment that day. As we pride ourselves in deliver the best care possible it is important that we take the time needed to address every aspect of your care, therefore your first visit can take anywhere from 1-1 ½ hours. Since we are gather your past and current health history along specific clinical tests on your first visit, each subsequent visit will take much less time.
